movement therapy. Together we will explore and apply skills to inspire and
empower self healing and integrating into a more comfortable experience of being
in a physical body. This work is simple, accessible to all people and
potentially profound.
- Creating and maintaining a healthy posture
- Focusing on problematic areas, eg. lower backs, shoulders
- Recognising and redirecting habitual patterns
- Clearing space from something we are ready to let go of
- Deeper relaxation, restoration and breathing
- Luxuriating and enjoying being in a physical body
- Exploring healthy ways of using the body in the work place
- Exploring safety and wholeness in yoga practice
