Reflexology
"..Indeed if people used reflexology when minor symptoms presented themselves then many serious conditions would never develop" − Ann Gilanders
Reflexology is a non-invasive, holistic therapy which has its roots in
ancient Egypt. It is an extremely gentle therapy, which first and foremost
promotes a deep relaxation of the mind, body and spirit.
The Reflexologist facilitates healing by using specific massage techniques to
work the reflexes of the feet, hands, or ears; these reflexes connect to all the
systems and parts of the body via the energy pathways called meridians.
Reflexology can be used to treat a number of ailments and dis-ease, such as
depression/anxiety, allergies, headaches, dysmenorrhea (period pain), PMT, poor
circulation, high blood pressure, sciatica, and so on.
