Donate your time by becoming a volunteer
– we are always looking for volunteers to support the work of
the Wellington People’s Centre. When the Centre began in 1992
it was fully staffed by volunteers. We are now fortunate that we have
a combination of paid staff and volunteers.
Whether
it’s helping keep our gardens tidy or donating your
professional services we would be thrilled to hear from you.
If you are interested in advocacy or governance the following might be of
interest to you:
Benefit Rights Advocacy - full training provided
Workers’ Rights Advocacy – full training provided
Management Committee Members
The Wellington People's Centre needs a Treasurer. You need not be a
fully-fledged member of the Management Committee, but you will need
to be a member of the Finance Committee.
